- ZP Architects & Engineers provided full architectural design, structural engineering and civil engineering for this project. The project goal was to maximize storage space for food, beverage and dry goods, all the while considering the tight site location, nestled right up to Floyd Hill Open Space. This presented challenges related to the site conditions, such as the rocky conditions, area with which to fit the building and the tough sloped conditions related with building into the side of a mountain.
- The scope of work included: functional exterior spaces for tractor-trailers to enter and exit, a large freezer to store frozen goods on the way to the new casino along with large open storage areas and a cooler.
