ZP Architects & Engineers was contracted to complete the design of the new Easter Owens Electric Manufacturing facility located in Arvada, CO. The primary use of this building is electrical manufacturing, including large substations, electrical equipment and various other steel units.
The main design goal of this building was having large open areas for welding, assembly and storage.
The design of this building is a pre-engineered steel building frame with tilt-up concrete walls for added durability and aesthetic appeal.
